Health care in the 21st century is growing increasingly complex, requiring new skill sets and knowledge to navigate the evolving system. The Baylor College of Medicine/Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program hopes to develop future health care leaders by combining traditional medical training with business and management education. The dual program will add one extra year to residency training (for a total of four years) with the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business M.B.A. curriculum being introduced in the third year. Learn more at the BCM Family and Community Medicine website.
